I have always had a passion for Art and makeup is my favorite medium. In 2013 I graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree in Art Business. Since graduating I have used my degree in several different industries, including makeup artistry. I began my journey modeling professionally at the age of 13. I have had the honor of modeling for designers, boutiques, western creators, salons, makeup artists and photographers. In 2012 I accomplished my long time dream and won the Miss Rodeo Colorado Pageant. I then was Second Runner-Up at the 2013 Miss Rodeo America Pageant.
I first started doing bridal makeup in 2008 and soon discovered how good it felt to use my skills to bring happiness and confidence to others on those special days they want to remember forever. Over the past 9 years I have expanded into photography makeup and special event makeup. Events such as styled shoots for advertising and marketing, galas, professional work events, and personal makeovers are some of my specialties.
My job and my passion as a makeup artist is more than just about applying makeup on your face, it is about getting to know you and your vision, it’s about helping you feel confident and comfortable on your important day. Whether it’s for engagement photos, a marketing styled shoot, a personal makeover, or it’s your wedding day, I would be honored to help you look and feel your very best.
MEET MADDIE STORY
Mobile Spray Tanning Artist
My name is Maddie Story. I’m a native Coloradoan and grew up in the four corners. While away at college, I began to develop a passion for spray tanning and the way it made me feel. I loved having a flawless tan that gave me confidence yet didn’t harm or damage my skin. It didn’t take long before I was telling others about the advantages of spray tanning, helping them gain that same confidence I loved feeling myself. I finally made the decision to strike out and start my own business in 2021. Today, I’m proud to say I am a certified spray tan technician and loving it!
Starting on the receiving end of spray tans, I learned about the different brands and formulas that were going on my skin. When I decided to become a certified sunless professional, I made sure I chose the brand with the best ingredients. I am proud to say the Sjolie brand has naturally derived ingredients and is certified vegan, paraben-free, erythrulose free, and gluten-free.
Sjolie Sunless is a family-owned and operated company based out of Rocklin, CA. It was started with one mission in mind, to make better sunless tanning products. Sjolie has been manufacturing sunless tanning solutions and products for over a decade.
Spray tans are the way to get an even glow and skip those awkward tan lines with a smooth and even spray tan application.
